Bow West Capital (BWC) is a full-service real estate

investment, developmentand asset management firm

founded in 2016 by Sean J. Beddoe. BWC invests in

opportunistic and value-added real estate in core US

cities, with a primary focus in Los Angeles.

Created along the picturesque Bow River in Alberta,

Canada, Bow West was founded to do business

differently. By taking a long-term investment approach

BWC aligns itself with the communities in which it

operates. With a dedication to design, inspired by nature,

typical investment firm. Our vertical capital structure

allows us to react quickly, invest in a variety of asset

classes and make decisions for the long run without
